We suggest that as colors may differ slightly due to various factors such as lighting and screen settings, please carefully consider the colors you wish to purchase.

Certain products are intended for professional use only and require specialized knowledge, training, and skills to be utilized correctly. We cannot be held accountable for any adverse reactions or improper usage. Please note that we do not produce the items we sell.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final. 

We unfortunately cannot accept any exchanges or returns requests. Also, because each person can react differently to the use of a product and this reaction depends on several factors over which we have no control, we can not guarantee customer satisfaction. When placing your order, you accept these terms and acknowledge that your product selection corresponds to your needs.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We suggest choosing the most economical shipping method available to send the package back to us. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or any return shipping costs.

FOR DAMAGES + DEFECTS

Please let us know immediately if there are any damages or defects upon delivery of your order. We’re happy to quickly assist with finding the best solution for your needs.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however mistakes can occur from time to time. While we also do our best to ensure quality products, sometimes there are issues with the manufacturers. 

*** We are pleased to offer a full refund of the postage costs incurred for returning an item in cases where the return is necessitated by an error on our part. This includes instances such as:

  • When we have shipped you an incorrect item
  • When the item received is damaged or defective.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final. Due to our quality and hygiene standards, used products cannot be returned. All returned products must be unused, new, and in their original packaging. Returns that have not been approved by customer service will not be accepted. For damaged or defective goods, please provide picture or video proof within a week of receiving your products and refunds will be returned back accordingly. 

To begin the process of returning a product, kindly send a request for return through info@nailmall.ca within 14 days of receiving the product and include the following information:

  • your full name
  • the date of your purchase
  • your order number
  • the name of the product
  • the nature of the defect
  • a picture of the product with its original packaging
Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. Please send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

 RECEIVING YOUR REFUND (eGift Card)

Please note that the return processing may take up to 14 days. Once we have evaluated and approved the returned item(s), you will receive a confirmation email which includes applicable sales tax (if any) but excludes any shipping fees.

Please ensure that your returned items satisfy the aforementioned conditions, as we reserve the right to decline a complete refund based on the returned condition.
