Instructions: Shake well to mix. After applying and curing the Shellac Base Coat, apply a thin layer to all five nails. Cure for 2 minutes in the CND UV Lamp, then repeat on the other hand. Apply a second coat of Color using the same method, and finish with the Shellac Top Coat.
